Hypertension and Diabetes 'Major Causes of Blindness'
During this year's World Sight Day which was organised by Ophthalmological Society of Nigeria, Delta State Commissioner for Health, Dr Nicholas Azinge, said hypertension and diabetes are major causes of blindness.
