Besigye Granted Bail by Uganda Court

Former Presidential candidate Dr Kizza Besigye and his co-accused have been granted bail on charges which include two counts of inciting violence, malicious damage to property and disobedience of statutory duty. They were arrested in Rukungiri on October 19 on their way to address a rally in the neighbouring Kabale District and their case has been adjourned to November.
