Malaria Campaign Saving Young Lives in Nigeria

In Borno State, the number of malaria cases and deaths has soared, particularly among young children. WHO recently launched a special campaign aimed at rapidly reducing the malaria burden among children under 5 years of age. Dr Pedro Alonso, Director of the WHO Global Malaria Programme, explains.
