AfDB Denies Cancelling U.S.$400 Million Loan to Nigeria

The African Development Bank has said that it has not "called off loans to Nigeria", noting that it is in consultations with the Nigerian government on how best to continue its support for its laudable Economic and Growth Recovery Plan through investment projects.
