Kenyan Nurses End 5-Month Strike After Deal With State

Patients across the country can now breathe easy after nurses reached an agreement with the Council of Governors and the national government. More than 20,000 nurses will receive an initial uniform allowance of U.S.$145, which will be increased by about U.S.$50 each financial year.
