Rwandan Students Begin Secondary School Exams

142,305 candidates are sitting for secondary school national exams this year, representing a 6% increase from 2016. The State Minister for Primary and Secondary Education, Isaac Munyakazi says the exams are well organised, adding there were no incidents during preparations.
