Rwanda Launches Campaign Against Gender-Based Violence

The campaign focuses on trying gender-based violence and child abuse cases pending before courts, identifying teen mothers who have not yet reported their cases to the police and facilitating them to lodge complaints. It runs under the theme, "End Violence against Women and Girls: Speak Out!".

Gender and Family Promotion minister Esperance Nyirasafari speaks during the meeting.
