Nigeria Govt Investigates Maina's Controversial Reinstatement

Abdulrasheed Maina, the former chairman of the Pension Reform Task Team accused of coruption, has reportedly gone into hiding after President Muhammadu Buhari ordered his dismissal and an investigation into his controversial return to his position. The president's directives followed a public outcry after reports stated that the former civil servant, who is still wanted by the anti- corruption agency, was sneaked back into the country, promoted, and reinstated.
