Ugandan President's Brother Led Probe into Wasteful Govt Spending

President Yoweri Museveni's younger brother, General Salim Saleh, has been linked to an Internal Security Organisation-funded report on wasteful expenditure in government ministries and agencies. The investigation was done by 12 people, led by Saleh. The report has been publicised as the work of the ISO, but well-placed sources told The Observer that none of the investigators are officially working for the organisation.
