Delegates Vote Through Night for President of South Africa's ANC

Delegates at the ruling African National Congress's 54th national elective conference have spent the night voting for their new leadership in a secret ballot. National broadcaster SABC reported at 6.20am that people from four of the country's nine provinces were still to cast their votes. The race for top spot to replace President Jacob Zuma is between Cyril Ramaphosa and Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma.
