African Trade Legislation Passes U.S. House by Unanimous Vote

The U.S. House of Representative has passed two laws aimed at increasing business ties between the United States and Africa - the African Growth & Opportunity Act (AGOA) and Millennium Challenge Act (MCA) Modernization Act.
