'Free Water for Poor' in Dar es Salaam

Plans to offer free water to residents who cannot afford bills by the Dar es Salaam Water and Sewerage Corporation (DAWASCO) are underway.This service will benefit only under priviledged residents who live close to DAWASCO water sources.
