South African Defence Minister on Signing Mission to South Sudan

A Memorandum of Understanding will be signed by Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula, South Africa's Defence Minister and her South Sudanese counterpart Lieutenant-General Kuol Manyang Juuk. The memorandum intends to facilitate better relations between the two countries, enhance security sector reforms, as well as ensure peace and stability in South Sudan, the minister's spokesperson has said.
