New Zimbabwe Electoral Commission Boss Sworn In

President Emmerson Mnangagwa appointed High Court judge Justice Priscilla Chigumba as the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission Chairperson. She replaces Supreme Court judge Rita Makarau, who resigned from the electoral body without explanation in December 2017.
