Leaks Did Not Affect 2017 Results - Uganda Exam Board

The Uganda National Examination Board (Uneb) says that the 'massive' leakage of the 2017 Uganda Certificate of Education examinations didn't affect the results. Mary Okwakol, the chairperson of Uneb, said the results of 4,525 candidates, representing 1.4% of the people who sat the exams, had been withheld.
