Oxfam Director 'Appalled' at Allegations of Abuse in Chad, Haiti

Aid agencies have stepped in to defend British aid ageny Oxfam, hit by a sex abuse scandal. A senior executive resigned following allegations about the behavior of staff in Chad and Haiti. Winnie Byanyima, Ugandan-born executive director of the organisation, has issued a video statement, saying she is "heartbroken".
