Scandinavians Found Dead Had Drugs in Blood - Ugandan Police

Ugandan police say "foreign substances" were found in the bodies of two Scandinavians found dead at two Kampala hotels nearly a fortnight ago. Meanwhile journalist Charles Etukuri who was reportedly abducted outside his office last week has been released. The New Vision newspaper said they feared the abduction was related to a series of investigative reports Etukuri had worked on regarding the two deaths.
