Watch Land Expropriation Debate in South Africa's Parliament

President Cyril Ramaphosa told Parliament during his State of the Nation Address two weeks ago that the ANC will go ahead with plans to amend the Constitution to allow expropriation without compensation. After which, opposition politician Julius Malema responded by saying that Ramaphosa's statement of intent did not capture the headlines because the media, and the public, "knew he was bluffing". Now the motion for land expropriation by Malema's party is being debated in Parliament.
