Kenyan Publishers Miss Crucial School Textbook Delivery Deadline

Nine weeks into the first term, parliament has been told that only one of the five publishers hired by the government to produce the books has a printer, while the rest rely on third parties for printing works. The publishers were supposed to produce books for primary school Class 1 to 3 under the new curriculum as well as those for Class 7 and 8 and for secondary school Form 1 to 4.
