Nigeria's Athletics Body Risks Ban for 'Misappropriating' Grant
The International Association of Athletics Federations mistakenly granted the Athletics Federation of Nigeria U.S.$150,000 instead of U.S.$15,000. The amount paid was supposed to be the annual grants to member federations for the 2017 financial year. The federation's accountants reportedly discovered the error and asked that the funds be returned, but the problem is that the money can't be found...
