Run-Off Likely in Sierra Leone Presidential Polls

Preliminary election results have placed main opposition leader Julius Maada Bio slightly ahead of ruling party candidate Samura Kamaran.The vote will go to a run-off if neither of them reach the 55 percent of votes needed to win the first round.
