Rwanda 'Ready' for African Migrants From Israel, Libya
Minister of Foreign Affairs, Louise Mushikiwabo, affirmed that Kigali would accept the refugees and asylum seekers as long as the process of relocating them was in line with international laws, reports the EastAfrican.
