David Mabuza faced questions from opposition parties at his first parliamentary question and answer session. During the session he refused to answer a question from official opposition party the Democratic Alliance, for which he was heavily criticised. His past also came up for questioning, particularly his tenure as premier of Mpumalanga when corruption whistleblowers were assassinated.
