Kenya's Moi University Finally Appoints New Vice Chancellor

Vice Chancellor Isaac Kosgey has been installed at the university, taking over the reigns from Laban Ayiro who was appointed for three months while a candidate was selected. The university had no substantive vice chancellor for more than a year.
