New Acting Commissioner for South African Revenue Service

Mark Kingon, a South African Revenue Service employee for 34 years, has been appointed as the new Acting Commissioner after President Cyril Ramaphosa suspended Tom Moyane who has been linked to the Gupta family, friends of former president Jacob Zuma, who were named in the State of Capture report released by former public protector Thuli Madonsela.
