VIP Protection Comes Under South African President's Scrutiny

President Cyril Ramaphosa will examine the expenditure of VIP protection services, following a report by the Institute of Race Relations which calls the service "a complex and secretive machine that operates on a massive budget, but, generally, without accountability".
