Drinking Booze in Zambia Could Get a Lot Harder

Is it possible for a country to become a nation of drunks? Well, the Zambian government seems to have made a conclusion that the southern African country has far too high, levels of alcohol consumption, and they are proposing hard-line policies on alcohol use. Despite by-laws being set by local authorities to regulate the supply and sale of alcohol, opening and closure times of points of sale, the government says nothing seems to work.
