Kenyan Court Fails to Jail Security Chiefs For Miguna Deportation

High Court Judge George Odunga has ordered Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiangi, police chief Joseph Boinnet and Immigration Principal Secretary Gordon Kihalangwa to pay a U.S.$2000 fine each for contempt of court for Miguna Miguna's 72-hour detention at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport from where he was later deported to Dubai.
