Australian Prime Minister Retracts Offer to South African Farmers
An offer of asylum to "persecuted" white South African farmers made by Australian Home Affairs Minister Peter Dutton has effectively been retracted by the country's Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull and Foreign Affairs Minister Julie Bishop who have confirmed that "the case is now closed", writes Peter Fabricius for the Daily Maverick.
