Heads Roll as Rwanda's New Times Restructures

According to termination letters sent to the journalists who were working for the New Times newspaper in Rwanda, the managing director said that company restructuring meant that some employees would lose their jobs. Most of the dismissed employees held senior positions at the New Times.
