Rwandan Corruption Watchdog Has New Ways to Stem Tax Rot

Cooperation between districts and the tax collector is crucial to allow the former, access to the database of taxpayers and thus reduce weaknesses in revenue collection that is largely caused by insufficient information on local tax collection, according to the Executive-Director of Transparency International Rwanda, Apollinaire Mupiganyi.
