Pride of Lions Killed in Ugandan National Park

The conservation fraternity in Uganda is mourning the loss of a pride of lions at Hamkungu fishing village, an enclave of Queen Elizabeth National Park. Officials said the lions - three lionesses and eight cubs - were possibly poisoned by landless herdsmen for fear of their cattle being attacked.
