A video in which Uganda's President Yoweri Museveni says oral sex is a "wrong practice" is being widely shared on YouTube and Twitter, although it is unclear where and when the video was filmed. Both male and female homosexual activity is illegal in the country, where the Uganda Anti-Homosexuality Act was passed in 2013 with a punishment of life in prison for "aggravated homosexuality".
