A Puff of Smokes Will Soon Cost Less In Rwanda

Prices had doubled following a shortage in supply on the local market that lasted two weeks. The manufacturer, British American Tobacco has dismissed speculation that the shortage was a result of decreased production or hoarding of the product with the aim of pushing up the price.
