Green Scooter Service to Rival Uber, Taxify in South Africa?

After being rejected to serve as a driver by Uber and Taxify for three years, Fezile Dhlamini took matters into his own hands and launched Green Scooter, a start-up that uses electric scooters that transport people as well as cargo.
