Kagame Advocates for an African Single Digital Market

President Paul Kagame has said that integrating the continent's digital technologies will among other things have a positive impact on development. Kagame was speaking at the Transform Africa Economic Forum, a side event of the Transform Africa Summit 2018. The forum was founded after a proposal made in 2017 by Kagame and Zimbabwean businessman, Strive Masiyiwa.
