De Lille a 'Lame Duck' in Mayoral Role - South African Party

Cape Town Deputy Mayor Ian Neilson has scoffed at Patricia De Lille's return to her office after  a High Court Ruling in her favour suspended the cessation of her membership with the Democratic Alliance, saying: "She can sit in the office and drink tea ... But, you know, she's just not going to be able to do anything other than ask for oversight, because, you know, the Democratic Alliance caucus is essentially going to call the shots."
