UAE, Kampala Row Deepens As Middle East Country Demands Apology

A diplomatic row is simmering between Uganda and the United Arab Emirates. The Middle Eastern country has reportedly demanded an apology from Kampala for criticisms levelled against it by MPs recently. Uganda's ambassador to the UAE, Nimisha Madhvani, is said to have been the source of comments by MPs, in which they accused the UAE government of overseeing slavery and trafficking of Ugandans.
