Emergency Ebola Talks in DR Congo End in Warning

A meeting convened by the World Health Organisation on Friday warned that there was a risk of the Ebola outbreak in the DR Congo spreading rapidly, even across internatonal borders. But the meeting said the response to the outbreak had been rapid and comprehensive, and there was no need to declare a "Public Health Emergency of International Concern" at this stage.
