Did Nigerian Police Chief Struggle to Read His Own Speech?

The Inspector-General of Police Ibrahim Idris says a viral video that shows him struggling to read from a prepared speech is a fake. Reacting to the clip, Nigerians mocked him for his inability to read his speech, and some described the situation as "embarrassing and a shame to the Nigeria Police force".
