New Mayor Takes Over the Reins in Kigali
Marie-Chantal Rwakazina replaces Pascal Nyamurinda, who resigned in April. Rwakazina, a former economics lecturer at the University of Rwanda, is a development expert who has been working with the UN Development Programme, where she was a coordinator of the UN support programmes in the country.
