Zimbabwe Gets Rhodesian State Papers Back from South Africa

President Emmerson Mnangagwa has officially received records - mainly Cabinet minutes and security reports - that were taken to South Africa by former Rhodesian Prime Minister Ian Smith. The documents were kept at Rhodes University.
