Exposed! Fraud In Nigeria's Amnesty Education Programme
The amnesty programme was established by the Buhari administration to introduce a number of strategies to offer education and vocational opportunities to former Niger Delta militants. An investigation has found that youths claiming to be ex-militants were colluding with corrupt political agents working in the Niger Delta, saying that they were beneficiaries of the programme and that the database for legitimate beneficiaries were not updated.
