Is Another Boko Haram or Al-Shabaab Erupting in Mozambique?
A sudden upsurge in brutal violence in northern Mozambique, including the beheadings of women and children, has sounded alarms that a violent jihadist movement like Boko Haram or al-Shabaab could be evolving.
