MSF Comments After Former Staff Speak of Sexual Misconduct
Eight women who were Medecins Sans Frontieres employees have said in a report that the global charity has a "toxic" culture, including "blatant and widespread" use of local sex workers by staff, with one man apparently bragging it's easy to barter medication for sex in Liberia.
