Inxeba Wins Case Again - Court Rules Film Not Hardcore Porn
Judge Joseph Raulinga found that the Film and Publication Appeal Tribunal which reclassified the film to X-rated - saying it contained strong language, sex and nudity - did not have jurisdiction to do so. The judgment is now back to an age restriction of 16.
