Buhari Has Never Called Me to Allocate Oil Blocks - Minister

Ibe Kachikwu, the Minister of State for Petroleum, has said that he had been able to undertake several restricting efforts in the country's oil industry because Buhari never tried to influence him negatively. Kachikwu said that Buhari not calling him to allocate oil blocks was in line with the government's fight against corruption.
