India Offers Lifeline to Uganda's Farming, Power Sectors

India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi has promised that his administration will provide credit of over U.S.$141 million for electricity lines and U.S.$64 million for agriculture and dairy production. Modi also said that 18 embassies will be opened in Africa.
