Another Quake As Magufuli Axes Social Security Fund Board
President John Magufuli's decision to revoke the appointment of the then Director General and dissolve the National Social Security Fund board is meant to ensure that the entity enhances its capacity to oversee its daily businesses, enrol new members, collect contributions, pay pensions on time and oversee its investments diligently and professionally, an official has said.
Dubbed the bulldozer, Tanzania under President John Magufuli has revoked the appointment of the Board Chairman as per section 2 (1) (a) of the NSSF Act." and dissolved the board.
