Heads Roll as 10th Translocated Black Rhino Dies in Kenya

A report into the deaths of 10 out of eleven rhinos translocated to the Tsavo East National Park in June has pointed to water salinity as the animals cause of death, with investigators further noting that the animals had been stressed and suffered acute dehydration, starvation, the spread of bacteria in the respiratory tract, gastric ulcers and gastritis.
